Most of last week has been and most of this week will be swallowed up by work. My library has changed ILS software, we had some less than appropriately skilled people running the show, and right now we're suffering for it. Switching interfaces is definitely enough of a challenge for our staff, but the functions that aren't working the way we were ( Read more... )

Dream!NickFury left me a laser cannon on my kitchen counter last night, and when I picked it up, the room behind me transformed into a high-tech freight elevator. The doors slid open, and I went in.....

I'm pretty sure the rest of today is going to have a hard time living up to that.
